Administrator

Salary: Competitive

Location: Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent

Hours:  8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday

About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing consultancy business and fill a vital role within our administration team.

This role will support our Group Sales and Operations teams in general administration.

To assist in the continued development of Administration processes, through an enthusiastic and proactive approach to working relationships with both Prospect and Client representatives, and Company colleagues.

Also, to continually improve the performance of the Administration team through the volunteering of ideas, methods and procedures to the Administration Manager.

Day to day activities

  • Answer and direct all inbound calls to the appropriate person
  • To carry out all admin duties with regards to quotes and project confirmation
  • To update and maintain the pipeline and check that all details are correct for the finance department
  • To carry out data cleansing when required
  • To complete new supplier documentation
  • To send customer relationship related emails
  • To create purchase orders for third party suppliers and contractors
  • To update and monitor Sales Admin KPIs
  • To adhere to detailed processes and procedures in line with the company’s quality requirements under ISO9001
  • To adhere to the Company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Plans.
  • To participate where required in internal Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental audits
  • To work in a confidential manner in all aspects of their work
  • To undertake any other duties as required by the Administration Manager, or Director of the business
