About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building strong partnerships with our potential clients, understanding their unique needs across Health and Safety, Occupational Hygiene and Water Hygiene, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Day to day activities

  • Develop business relationships, to identify current and future opportunities and market intelligence.
  • Meet daily activity targets and weekly or monthly sales quotas.
  • Be responsible for the portfolio of clients in an allocated market sector(s)
  • Collaborate with technical colleagues to proactively provide innovative solutions to client’s needs.
  • Provide a high level of customer service & excellent communication in line with business requirements.
  • Directly influence the growth of the Business through the delivery of work at or above the gross profit targets.
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone, including national travel.
  • Represent EEUK at seminars, conferences, and events where required.
