About the role
You will provide comprehensive administration support to our out-based Operation Managers and Consultants, ensuring all aspects of the three divisions are monitored to provide high levels of service to clients.
Day to day activities
- Co-ordination of site visits / deputy management
- Monitor and manage kit requirements for the occupational hygiene team for the upcoming jobs
- Management of EZ office inventory & ZetaSafe systems
- Manage the hiring and return of kit where necessary to reduce cost impact on the business
- Assist the Operations Managers on kit inventory to ensure sufficient kit for all new starters and spares to cover calibrations and repairs
- Execute weekly media orders for all air monitoring projects, ensuring all consultants receive appropriate media
- Ensure all paperwork is provided to the laboratories on time
- Follow the Purchase Order procedure to ensure costs for all laboratory analysis is logged/authorised
- Monitor any queries received from the media laboratories, working alongside the consultants for query resolution
- Management of reporting software Risk Base (Loading, transforming & exporting data)
- Audit of all works to ensure any missed/cancelled/discrepancies are managed on behalf of our clients/ partners
- Coordination of end-to-end Water Sampling process
- Management of Invoice request / Confirmed Projects / Drawdown

- Highly motivated individual that has extensive experience of working in a detailed role with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Competent in using Microsoft
Desirable but not essential
- Previous experience of working in a Scheduling role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
