What You’ll Actually Do
As Occupational Hygiene Technical Manager, you will play an important role in the Occupational Hygiene Technical Review Team, helping to ensure every piece of work we deliver meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and technical excellence. You’ll coach and develop within the team, support our consultants, and drive continuous improvement across the division while helping shape the future of our occupational hygiene services. You will:
- Lead, mentor, and develop within the Occupational Hygiene Technical Review Team, building technical capability and maintaining high standards.
- Oversee the technical review process, ensuring reports and deliverables are accurate, compliant, and ready for release to clients.
- Drive quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across Occupational Hygiene services, processes, and reporting.
- Support the development of new services and innovative solutions that meet the changing needs of clients and the industry.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute technical content for blogs, webinars, and other marketing materials.
What about you?
- You hold the Certificate of Operational Competence in Occupational Hygiene (CertOH).
- You hold, or are working towards, Licentiate membership of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene.
- You have strong technical knowledge and experience within occupational hygiene.
- You’re confident leading, coaching, and developing others while maintaining high technical standards.
- You’re organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality, driving improvements, and supporting the success of your team.
