    SSIP and Contractor Accreditation Assistance

Scroll down for more

Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) is not an assessment scheme, it is a membership or umbrella body for assessment schemes with the common aim of reducing both duplication and costs for both buyers and suppliers. Contractors do not join or become members of SSIP. It is the assessment schemes such as CHAS, Constructionline and SMAS who are registered members of SSIP.

How we can help

We can help contractors to gain the SSIP accreditation offered by CHAS, Contructionline and SMAS. The contractor assessment is often time consuming and require someone with extensive health and safety knowledge to complete it. Hand the responsibility over to EEUK and one of our qualified consultants will help you gain accreditation, leaving you time to concentrate on your day to day job.

Testimonials

Arville

We have been using EEUK since 2017; they have provided us with not only a monitoring service but guidance on what we are required to do as a company. The sales team were really friendly and very efficient with arranging (sometimes at short notice) dates in which to provide their services.

Group Head of Health & Safety

SACO

We have been dealing with EEUK for around two years – we currently use them for our Exposure Monitoring and have found the onsite engineers have an excellent understanding of what we require. They also work around us, so there is as little disruption to production and staff as possible. Whatever we need, even at short notice, EEUK are there to help as quickly as possible.

Health and Safety Manager

Venator

Historically, we have had LEV monitoring done by EEUK, but this was before I joined the company. Since I have been in this role, I have engaged EEUK to do fibre count monitoring on a kiln and we are planning a noise survey too. I have already received the RAMS pack for this job to review prior to the survey which is fabulous, I normally spend a large proportion of time when working with contractors trying to get this information.
