Water Hygiene Consultant x 1

Hours:  40hrs per week full time

About the role

Our water hygiene department is expanding, and we are looking for two Water Hygiene Engineers to join our team.   You will be a highly motivated, confident Water Hygiene Consultant.

The role requires travel to sites across the UK so good timekeeping and organisation skills is essential.

Day to day activities

• Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems, boilers, etc.
• Repair, replace and servicing of TMV’s, Showerheads etc.
• Cold water storage tank /repairs/Clean & Disinfections.
• Comply with the current Health and Safety legislation.
• Undertake temperature monitoring, conduct routine sampling and analysis of water systems.
• Build and maintain a professional working relationship with client’s complete reports on a tablet-based system

What about you?

• Experience in carrying out water hygiene duties in line with ACOP L8 /HSG274 guidelines.
• Experience in delivering remedial plumbing duties to a varied site base.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Competent in using Microsoft and ideally PDA technology.
• You will ideally hold Plumbing qualifications NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent.
