What you’ll actually do:
As one of our Water Hygiene Engineers, you’ll help keep our clients’ water systems safe, compliant, and operating efficiently across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and healthcare sites. Every day is different, combining planned maintenance, water hygiene services, and customer support while helping us deliver the highest standards of service. The role involves regular travel to client sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays and availability to work weekends when required. You will:
- Carry out a range of water hygiene services including temperature monitoring, Legionella sampling, TMV servicing, tank cleans, showerhead descales, water softener servicing, and closed system sampling.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, in line with legislation, LCA standards, and our internal procedures.
- Build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to improve their water hygiene compliance and recommending additional services where appropriate.
- Work closely with the wider team, accurately completing service reports and using scheduling systems to keep work running smoothly.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery while maintaining our high standards of quality and customer care.
What about you?
- You have experience carrying out water hygiene services across commercial or industrial sites.
- You have experience carrying out tank cleans.
- You have a good understanding of Legionella control and water hygiene compliance.
- You’re organised, reliable, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
- You have great communication skills and enjoy building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You’re proactive, safety-focused, and always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
- You have a full UK driving licence
