    Water Sampling

Scroll down for more

Determine the quality of your water supply with our water sampling service. Whether you need us to sample water from storage tanks, humidifiers, spa baths, cooling towers or much more, we can help.

The need for water sampling depends on the water system and its risks. For instance, domestic hot and cold-water supplies do not usually require water sampling (unless a risk assessment indicates there is a problem). However, cooling towers need to be sampled on a regular basis – systems such as tunnel washers and horticultural systems require bespoke water sampling to make sure they are maintained properly.

How we can help

EEUK can deliver a tailored water sampling service, collecting and transporting the sample securely to limit the risk of interference and cross contamination with other sources, at any location. By using our service, you will guarantee the water at your premises is fit for purpose.

We analyse water samples in UKAS accredited laboratories with the current ISO standard methods for the detection and enumeration of Legionella. Alternative quantitative testing methods may be used as long as they have been validated using ISO 17994 and meet the required sensitivity and specificity.

Where monitoring for Legionella is considered appropriate in hot and cold-water systems, we can carry out sampling in accordance with BS 7592 Sampling for Legionella organisms in water and related materials.

Testimonials

Arville

We have been using EEUK since 2017; they have provided us with not only a monitoring service but guidance on what we are required to do as a company. The sales team were really friendly and very efficient with arranging (sometimes at short notice) dates in which to provide their services.

Group Head of Health & Safety

Historically, we have had LEV monitoring done by EEUK, but this was before I joined the company. Since I have been in this role, I have engaged EEUK to do fibre count monitoring on a kiln and we are planning a noise survey too. I have already received the RAMS pack for this job to review prior to the survey which is fabulous, I normally spend a large proportion of time when working with contractors trying to get this information.

NOVARES Peterlee Ltd

In the past we have struggled to find the right company to work with to carry out our Legionella risk assessments. However, since finding EEUK we have not looked back – they have great knowledge of the water treatment industry and provide excellent solutions with their technical expertise. They are an open and honest organisation which always put the customer first, providing a quality and efficient service that far outweighs the previous water treatment suppliers we’ve had.
